*Rest 30 sec- 1 minute in between each round*
Warm Up:
15 Surfer Jumps
50 Jumping Jacks
2 Minute Jog
20 Under Over Pushups
Round 1 (Dynamic Plyometrics):
1 minute High Knees
25 Walking Lunges
1 minute 6 Squat Pulses to 180 degree Squat Flip
25 X-Ups
1 minute Jump Rope
25 Crossback Lunge
Round 2 (Forward- Backward Movements):
1 minute Mountain Climbers
25 Reverse Lunges
1 minute Jump Rope
25 Split Jumps
1 minute Reverse Lunge to High Kick
25 Flutter Kicks
Round 3 (Planks and Abs):
1 minute Skaters
25 Plank Jacks
1 minute Burpee with Heel Clicks and Flip
25 Plank Jacks
1 minute V-Sit
25 Plank Jacks
Round 4 (Legs and Cardio):
1 minute Jump Rope
25 Wide Legged Deadlifts
1 minute Jog *suck in your abs to maintain good form*
25 Squat and Side Step
1 minute Squat Jumps
25 Fire Hydrants
Round 5 (Arms and Side Movements):
1 minute Is-Ys-Ts
25 Pushups and Lateral Walk
1 minute Gate Swings
25 SLOOOOOW bicep curls
1 Minute Pattycake Arm Circles (the part where you do the “roll it” action)
25 Tricep Push Ups
There are many diverse movements here and OF COURSE please modify the workouts to your skill and boredom level! Go harder, go easier, go however your body permits today!
